Abuja Sheraton sends staff to Dubai



.     In connecting our associates to growth opportunities with the rest of our Sister Hotels in Starwood worldwide, Sheraton Abuja Hotel sends 6 of its best to the Sheraton Grand Hotel in Dubai.  
The following qualified associates; Joshua Oliver Ndirmbita, Victor Izuwa and Christain Ugwu; prior to these appointments were waiters with the food & beverage Department of the hotel. 
Mr. Clement Isaac, Abubakar Musbau and Anyanwu Uchenna equally qualified for the position of Room Attendant at the Sheraton Grand Hotel, Dubai. 
The eligible candidates all began their careers at the Sheraton Abuja Hotel.
 They each consider themselves fortunate as this signifies a considerable turning point in their lives. 
The General Manager of the Hotel- Mr. Boris Bornman in his address to the associates; congratulated them and remarked that “we consider you Ambassadors of your country as you will relocate and work abroad for the first time, this will add great value to your resume and your skill and knowledge base in the industry. I am certain that you will all keep being super stars as you were here, we will miss you and we wish you the best. 
In view of adding greater value to the dining experience of our customers the management of Sheraton Abuja Hotel will additionally sponsor  two Nigerian trained Italian Chefs-Chef Olufunke Victor and Chef Timothy Amadi to the Academia Barilla in Italy where they acquire greater and deeper proficiency  in Italian Cuisine such as  Bruschetta - ‎Bresaola - ‎Capicola - ‎Carbonara – Cotoletta - Ribollita.  
The professional expertise and experience they will bring back will definitely impact greatly and create memorable experiences for our guests. 
General Manager Boris Bornman explains “At Sheraton Abuja we intend to build our associates to a level that they can outperform their global counterparts and put our great country Nigeria on the map”.
